Anti-Black Racism Working Group

Want to join the PPL Anti-Black Racism Working Group?

The Library is establishing an Anti-Black Racism Working Group to assist in identifying barriers and to make recommendations for service improvements that are responsive to our community of Library clients.

The Library is currently accepting expressions of interest from Pickering residents and community stakeholders, who self-identify as members of the Black community, to form a Working Group representing Black voices. By bringing together lived experiences, the Working Group will collaborate on recommendations for Library service enhancements.

How do I submit my expression of interest?
